Jan 2018 KissKiss is a beautiful 2.5 year old Leonberger with a serious spine issue. The costs are staggering for the surgery she needs. Luckily the owner purchased health insurance but the out of pocket costs are still very high! See KissKiss beautiful picture below. Please donate if you can. All donation are tax deductible.

We have been able to send $1,800 to the vet but are still looking for help if at all possible. Usher is doing very well and is able to take short walks now.You can donate at the bottom of this page. Remember if received by 12/31/2017 you will have a tax deduction.

URGENT!!
This has not been a good year for service dogs or dogs named Bear! I have money in TMF but not enough to cover these expenses and the two hip replacements coming up in July and September: over $10,200. Bear and his owner need as close to $6120 as we can get. Anything you feel you can do to help would be most appreciated. BEAR IS ONLY 5 YEARS OLD!
Many thanks! Brenda
Brenda :)
I think I just emailed you not realizing you were the Merlin Fund as well!!
Yes, as of right now he needs 4 rounds of the anti cancer vaccine and each injection is about 780$ (roughly)
And he needs surgery to remove a part of his tongue where the tumor was located and that is about $3,000 I think. I can get exact numbers within the hour, I'm just not near everything this minute.
I have already spent $1,500 on the biopsies and I spent $700 something on the first vaccine and 200-300 on the pathology/oncology visit.
Bear is a service animal as I suffer from PTSD and I'm one of those people that is working pay check to it check while I finish school so anything counts. Giving us your time means the world to me, literally because Bear is my world!
Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you!

Bernie had his first hip replaced last Tuesday. It was a complicated surgery and he is feeling better. He has a long row ahead of him but his loving family will take great care of him. He will go back for the second hip sometime in the fall!
